We are very pleased to introduce two new artists on the Label, yes I’ve said two; Christian Cosmos aka Cosmos Sound producer outta Mexico and Scottish reggae singer Tom Spirals.
The riddim it was created on Mexico DF at the “Tuetano Records Studio” where Christian Cosmos used to record most of the instruments featured on his productions, in this occasion “Pach; boss at Tuetano Rec” played some lines on the guitar while “Cosmo” played some synths and sample some drums from old digital records laying down this great riddim. The connexion with “Tom Spirals” it would arrive later after he listens to the riddim. Lyrics denounce the problems suffered by refugees, innocents displaced from their homes because of the imperialist wars.
“Refugee” it's formed by two tracks the vocal which gives the name to the releases and a crafted dub version by “Dub Troubles”.

Available the 1st of Sept 2017 at Fat Bird Recordings Bandcamp and main digital outlet and streaming service as Juno downloads, Spotify or Itunes to name few.
