Self Love is the name of the new Nupah’s Showcase produced by George Palmer. This is the previous work before the complete album scheduled to be published throughout 2023. After a year of work, and a few singles done, this showcase has everything to introduce this duo to the Spanish reggae scene. When it comes to creating music George Palmer & Nupah has no limits.

Self Love is made up of 3 new original songs written by Nupah. Nupah made these songs from a very personal perspective. She tells her own story and experience learning to know and love herself from a very young age. She also talks about the difficulties of the system and describes her personality as being as sweet as strong.

It's been more than a year since Nupah and George Palmer connected musically and since the first contact they haven't stopped working together. George saw it clearly and immediately started to produce songs for her and now the world can see the talent of the singer from Barcelona, Catalonia.

It didn't take too long for them to release the first single "Now My Sister" in early 2022. Shortly the second single, "Run out", was released. In summer 2022 “Creation” was released and it is one of the most successful tunes and a new anthem for the Fat Bird catalog. It was picked up by many sounds and selectors and played by big sounds. "Creation," came out on the Dubplate Series.

The songs were created by Nupah with the help of producer George Palmer. Nupah wrote the lyrics and made a demo and George Palmer created the instrumental. After that, they did the final recording in George's studio, and then George went back to arrange and mix it. The last process was to send it to Dub Troubles for mastering work.
